Washington saw the first extended time of his rookie season when Christian Kirk was injured after one snap in Week 13. In that game, Washington looked great. The receiver caught six passes for 61 yards and a touchdown. At that point, Kirk was set to miss the rest of the season, and Washington was set to take on Kirk's role. Although Washington played regular snaps, he averaged 14 yards in those five contests. In addition, Washington posted 20 yards just once. Washington is expected to compete for a depth role in training camp. However, based on last year's performance, he may not make a major impact if pressed into a large role.
